Go on Mission

The Great Commission commands Christians to not only make disciples in their local communities, but to make disciples of all nations. In fact, Jesus told His disciples in Acts 1:8 to be His witnesses “in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Here at HCBC, we strive to follow this pattern that Jesus laid out for us by being involved in mission partnerships locally (Jerusalem), at the state level (Judea), nationally (Samaria), and internationally (end of the earth). There are many ways that we invite you to get involved in these mission partnerships through prayer, financial gifts, and mission trips. At HCBC, we will show you how to become involved in these ways, but we will also equip you to share the good news about Jesus Christ with your neighbor across the street. Jesus has given the mission; join us as we carry it out!
