Casey Carver, Pastor

Pastor Casey was called to Horse Cave Baptist Church as the pastor on September 8, 2024. Casey is originally from Ashland, KY. After graduating from high school in 2010, Casey studied at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, where he graduated in 2015. While attending college, Casey met the love of his life, Tebra. They married on May 19th, 2012, and since have added four children to their family: Jeremiah, Emma, Daniel, and Ezra. Casey is continuing his education through Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. He hopes to achieve his Master of Divinity soon, with hopes and expectations to continue into his doctorate. 

Casey has been a senior pastor since 2014. He has served in Manchester, KY, and Inez, KY, and currently resides in Horse Cave as the senior pastor of Horse Cave Baptist Church. 

If Casey is not doing something around the church, you will find him spending time with his family, eating somewhere, spending time in the community, or perhaps playing golf. He loves to read, study, and connect with people. 

His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” and has a passion and desire to see lost people come to know Christ. Aside from those things, Casey is an easygoing person whose favorite saying is, “It’s all good.” 

We highly encourage you to reach out to him if you need anything, but he hopes to get to know as many people in Horse Cave.
